Description

Pair of unmounted mint phosphor issue 1C2B2A dot cylinder blocks. The lower block demonstrating a small perforation shift to left. As a single stamp not that visual, as the cylinder block the shift now results in a portion of traffic light box from adjacent sheet appearing in margin.
