A fine unmounted mint marginal block of four, 3½mm centre phosphor band with extra broad 14mm phosphor band at left. This extra band is bold and reacts wiuth same intensity as centre band under UV. The band is also well demarcated as if deliberately applied and does not demonstrate the irregularity and uneveness associatred with phosphor blade flaws although this would seem the most likely cause. As illustrated.
